Resizing, Returns & Refunds
All She's Elektra pieces are handmade. Because of the nature of handmade jewellery, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Ring Resizing
Sizing can sometimes be tricky. Not all rings can be resized, therefore resizing is assessed on a case to case basis. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when placing an order. Resizing may incur a resizing fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs related to resizing.
Gemstone rings cannot be resized. This is to protect the integrity of both the stone and the setting.
Faulty Items
In the rare case that your piece arrives with a fault, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer:
✶ a repair
✶ a replacement
✶ or a refund
depending on the nature of the issue.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care are not considered faults.
Return Process (if approved)
If a return, repair, or resize is approved, items must be returned in original condition and packaging. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
