She's Elektra is a small handmade business based in Port Elliot, South Australia. All orders are posted, tracked and insured via Australia Post.

Processing Times
✶ Made to Order: 2–4 weeks before dispatch
✶ Ready to Ship: 2–5 business days before dispatch

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
✶ Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days ($12)
✶ Express Shipping: 1–3 business days ($15)

Free postage on all orders over AU $350

International Shipping

For now we just post internationally to New Zealand. However feel free to reach out if you are elsewhere and I'll see what I can do!
✶ Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days ($30)
✶ Customs and import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery and provide your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Please note, insurance claims may take time to process

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure all shipping details provided at checkout are correct.

She's Elektra is not responsible for:
✶ incorrect or incomplete delivery information
✶ parcels delivered to the address provided that are lost or stolen after delivery
✶ parcels or collection notices that are stolen after delivery

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the postal service, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient.
