Handmade Nature of Our Pieces

All She's Elektra pieces are handmade therefore
✶ slight variations may occur
✶ no two pieces will be perfectly identical
✶ natural materials (including gemstones) may vary in tone, texture, and inclusions

These variations are not considered faults, but part of the uniqueness of handmade jewellery.

Made to Order

By purchasing, you acknowledge that
✶ production timelines apply
✶ items are not mass produced
✶ slight differences from product imagery may occur

Ring Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when placing an order. While we offer resizing on certain rings within reason, this is assessed on a case by case basis, as it is not possible to resize all rings. 

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in your local currency where applicable and are subject to change without notice. Due to the changes in costs of precious metals pricing may vary over time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

✶ limit quantities
✶ request further verification if needed

In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, a full refund will be provided.

Product Care & Use

She's Elektra jewellery is designed for everyday wear but should be treated with care.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

✶ exposure to harsh environments
✶ accidental impact
✶ normal wear and tear

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, She's Elektra is not liable for:
✶ indirect or consequential loss
✶ misuse of products after purchase
✶ damage occurring after delivery

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
